Cancellation and Reservation Fee Policy
We’re so glad you’re booking your first massage with us! To reserve your time, we require a non-refundable $25 fee for all first-time and new client appointments. This fee goes toward your massage session
Our therapists set aside the time for clients to provide the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel, we require a 24 hour notice. This gives us an opportunity to schedule clients who are in need of care. If we do not receive a cancelation call, text or email within 24 hours, this is considered a No Show and the reservation fee is forfeited.
